Baby bunnies!!!!
We arrived at the Budva Bus Station and as we walked outside, inside was a cafe that had a huge fenced in yard with rabbits, swans, peacocks, ducks and other wee critters that I was so excited and happy to see.
A stunning Peacock. An interesting fact; only the male peafowl is called 'peacock' the female is called 'peahen.'
They can fly. We witnessed it while we were taking photos. They may only weigh 8-13 pounds but length wise....5 feet long!!!
Different varieties of bunnies everywhere.
A gorgeous Black Swan. Did you know it's wing span can be up to six and a half feet?
The white feathers are referred to as flight feathers.
This bird is so exotic.
Lionhead Rabbits....so adorable.
Indian or Blue Peafowl below. Photo doesn't do justice to this breathtaking bird.
Apparently they show their feathers to attract another Peafowl....which just happens to be close by.
Babies....in their wee hiding place.
Leucistic Indian Peafowl. It is not an albino gene but a partial loss of pigmentation that results in this beautiful white Peafowl.
Can't believe how adorable they are.
A couple of quackers in the mix. Minding their own business watching the bunnies chase each other all around.
Occasionally sitting still...but mostly hopping every witch way.
The Lionhead rabbit has a wool mane surrounding its head like a lion. It is so unusual that their faces look odd and without ears. But rest assured this little guy has two ears.
Mr. Rabbit doesn't look amused.
The 'hide' where you can sit and drink cappuccinos right inside the pen!!!
Walking through the bus station cafe and straight upstairs to the tables.
Love it.
Very photogenic and even posed for pics.
Looks somewhat ferocious? Or not.
THAT was such a surprise and thrill to watch these wee fellas.
