Venturing Out Around The Town of Herceg Novi

Beautiful, warm sunny day today.  Great idea to meander around the town in a new direction.
We found another, quite bigger, grocery store.  A friendly butcher, just a young fellow, was so helpful even though we don't have any Serbian words to use yet (because it's so hard) and he did not speak any english.  Didn't matter...we bought chicken breasts, hamburger and sausages.....and he smiled and was gracious the whole time.  We are really enjoying these people and their town.

View from the main street down towards the sea.

A very large cemetery built on a steep hill.

Interesting look....the top of the palm trees are cut.

I love the look of the orange tree and cactus side by side.
Sweet and prickly.

Church of St. Anthony and it's monastery built in 1710.

Incredible private walkway down to the sea.

The view from the restaurant terrace where we ate the first night we arrived.
Breathtaking.
